Mom-To-Be Selma Blair Models for H&M Charity Collection
Mom-to-be Selma Blair, who is due this summer, is modelling the latest H&M‘s Fashion Against AIDS collection.
The collection was created to help raise awareness and funds (25% of the sales are donated) for youth HIV/AIDS projects around the world.
Blair, who is pregnant with her first child with her boyfriend, Jason Bleick, a fashion designer, is passionate about the cause.
“When I was growing up, I thought we were all going to get AIDS — it was this big scary disease, but then it seems like people forgot about it, but the disease is still there and very much part of our lives,” said Blair.
The actress, 38, is known for her tomboy style so it’s fitting that she is a part of the line which was designed to be worn by both men and women.
“I think it’s really fitting that this collection is androgynous,” she said.
“The disease affects men and women. It’s a universal thing. We are in this together. I’ve always been an androgynous looking girl. I’m happy in my off-time dressing simply.”
The collection will be in stores starting April 26th and Blair is due this summer.
