Carrie Ann Inaba is engaged… the proposal went down on Live with Regis and Kelly, where Carrie Ann was filling in as a guest host for Kelly Ripa!
Carrie Ann Inaba’s boyfriend, Jesse Sloan, completely surprised the Dancing with the Stars judge – proposing at the end of Regis and Kelly while Philbin pretended to answer a viewer question about getting engaged.
Earlier in the show, Carrie Anne told Regis Philbin that rumors that she was engaged were not true, even flashing her bare finger in front of the audience.
By the end of Regis and Kelly though, looks like Carrie Ann Inaba is singing a different tune – Jesse Sloan appeared as the lights dimmed and violinists played, asking “Will you marry me,” after telling her that she’s his inspiration and is beautiful.
Carrie Ann of course accepted the live proposal, saying, “Yes, I will marry you.” Followed later by, “You tricked me!”
