I will never buy or listen to Dionne Warwick again! What a primadonna. She should have been voted off the first time they lost. She is an insulting, condescending B. I was very disappointed to find out what she is really like. Thank goodness she’s off.

As a project manager, you should always set the expectation that you want to see from everyone. If there is no expectation set, then the team will run over you. I know from experience and years of managing that if an employee does something outside of unwritten policy, then it is assumed that you agree with it.
Nene assumed that Dionne knew she should have stayed, but it was horrible on Nene’s management because she respected Dionne’s celebrity too much. This is understood. Dionne should apologize to Nene because she took advantage of the respect that Nene gave her. Dionne knew better as a much more mature woman and celebrity that Nene gave her more rope than the others. Nene is surrounded by legends. That has to be tough because she’s just a housewife star.

I think Donald Trump was right when alluded to the fact that Dionne has a chip on her shoulder. Who leaves and goes to bed when their team is in the middle of a project? What if the team had decided to delete Dionne’s scene, would that have faired well with her? Uh, I don’t think so. I didn’t know Dionne could be so “icy.” And, she did not “ask” to leave, she told Ne-Ne that she was going to leave. NeNe asked her, “Oh, you’re leaving?” To which Dionne responded, “Yes.” Then everyone said goodnight to her. In the outtake, Dionne clearly stated that she should be able to leave because she is the matriarch of the group, which, to say the least, didn’t give her the right to abandon her team. Anyhoo, I’m glad Dionne’s gone. Oh, one more thing. I also did not like the way that Dionne snapped up Marli Matlin when she was questioning her about the placement of the props. Seems like everyone walked on eggshells when dealing with Dionne. I agree that Dionne should apologize to NeNe because she absolutely did take advantage o the respect that she gave her…and then to call her a coward??? Tacky. I’m glad NeNe handled it so graciously. Glad to see Dionne? LaToya’s next if she doesn’t step up her game!

The coward comment aside, I thought Dion showed her true self when they did the Childrens Book. It was for charity and it was a group effort for her to insist that her name be on it was just over the top.

I feel sorry for her in a way as she apparently is miserable and unhappy. I hope she sees what the rest of the world saw on this show and does something about it. It would be a shame to piss away a lifetime of work because of the bitterness in her later years.
