Even celebrities want to talk like William Shatner

Today is William Shatner’s 80th birthday! It is also the 3rd annual International Talk Like William Shatner Day.

There’s even a contest for Talk Like William Shatner day, where you could submit videos doing your best William Shatner impression for a chance to win a Command Gold Star Trek robe, a signed dvd of Mind Meld, and a rare Free Enterprise poster.

But, even celebrities got in on the act of trying to talk like William Shatner today, in honor of his birthday. Take a look:

For real? 80? You go, William Shatner! I’m going to try today to talk like him. I’m not sure if that will go over too well in my parent/teacher conference today.
