Army Wives Recap: Which Army Wife Lost Her Husband?
We knew from the previews for Army Wives that something bad was going to happen tonight on Army Wives.
The previews made it look like one of the Army Wives would be losing her husband. Or that something almost as bad was going to happen.
So, I watched Army Wives with much anticipation.
Would it be Roxy, since she and Trevor are fighting? Pamela because she and Chase were about to get back together? Claudia Joy because she’s off busy with work? Denise because she and Frank are going through so much with the new baby and Jeremy getting married? Or maybe it will be Jeremy, who is engaged to someone he hardly knows- who calls off the engagement during this episode…though she then says she’s wrong and wants to marry him anyway?
The Army Wives are all together at the end of the show for Tonya’s bridal shower. And that is when the bad news comes.
Or, we think it must be bad news, since the episode ends before we know who died! The previews for next week don’t show us any clues, other than that we know that there is a funeral. UGH!!! I hate cliffhangers!

Tina commented on Mar 20 11 at 10:36 pmI think it will be Jeremy or Frank based on what they both have going on…It would be an interesting thing to see what happens to Tonya if it is Jeremy. I was engaged when my fiance died right after finishing a deployment. Not totally the same but something to explore. It is very difficult to not be married and to be excluded from ceremonies by the military because you are not yet a spouse.

Donna commented on Mar 20 11 at 10:58 pmYes, there was a clue on the preview for the next episode. When showing the platoon field ceremony, the name Leblanc was on the soldiers hat with his back to us walking away….so we know who it is not!
Jessica commented on Mar 20 11 at 11:12 pmIf you look really carefully at the previews that they showed before the season starts it looks like it is definately Jeremy. All of the other wives are sitting on the right of Claudia Joy but when it shows the folded up flag the woman that is holding it is holding Claudia Joys hand on the left, and the person next to the one with the flag is a man in dress blues, his hand and ring looks like Frank.

MIKE commented on Mar 21 11 at 12:45 pmI THINK IT WILL BE CHASE. WE DIDN’T SEE BUT HARDLY A GLIMPSE OF HIM AS HIS UNIT IS MOVING OUT. SO I WONDER IF “HIS CONTRACT IS UP” AND MOVING ON. THIS ALSO CLEARS THE WAY FOR PAMELA TO MOVE TO ATLANTA AND NOT HAVE TO MAKE A DECISION TO FORM A RELATIONSHIP WITH HER COP PARTNER.

It could also be Chase since Pamela didn’t get to talk to him before he left on his last mission.We will ALL see soon enough!!!
AriesSpring2076 commented on Mar 25 11 at 9:24 pmI’ve got it! It’s Chase! For one, his wife, Mary Stuart Masterson just announced that she is pregnant with twins (due this summer). Also, I heard he will return for another episode of ‘Brothers & Sisters’, so he would be spread pretty thin if he tried to do both shows and then travel back and forth to be with his family in New York. Lastly, we spent years dealing with Chase and Pamela’s volatile relationship, she and the children have finally started to adjust to their new lifestyles, and I don’t think they will go backwards again.
