Stephanie Plum Fans Have Longer Wait for “One For the Money” Movie Starring Katherine Heigl
Fans of the Janet Evanovich Stephanie Plum series will have to wait a little longer to see the first movie, “One For the Money.”
Katherine Heigl stars as Stephanie Plum, though as a fan of the series, she is not who I really pictured as Stephanie Plum. And Daniel Sunjata is definitely not who I pictured as Ranger: it’s like they decided to raid Grey’s Anatomy for the cast. Though I do have to say that Sherri Shepard as Lula is genius.
But, that’s all just guesses. We won’t know until the movie comes out.
One for the Money was supposed to come out on July 8, but was moved so that it wasn’t opening on the same weekend as comedies The Zookeeper and Horrible Bosses. Then, it was moved from a June 3 date so that it wouldn’t be competing against X-Men First Class.
Katherine Heigl will show us how she does as Stephanie Plum at an as-yet undetermined date in 2011.

He radiates star power. No wonder Grey’s wanted him on their show! They raided the film to get their sweaty little hands on him, not the other way around. And who can blame them? Smart damn move. He’s so talented and sexy it’s really unfair. I’m just elated that they did not cast The Rock. He looks old and he sucks at acting lol
