Nate Dogg is dead at age 41, but what happened to Nate Dogg, the legendary rapper / singer who collaborated with some of the greats in the music industry?
Nate Dogg had a stroke in December 2007 that resulted in his left side being paralyzed. He suffered another stroke nine months later and spent some time working with physical therapists at medical rehab to get his mobility back.
Nate Dogg died on March 15 in Long Beach, California.
Nate was born Nathanial D. Hale on August 19, 1969 and started singing as a child in church. Nate Dogg dropped out of high school and left home at age 16, going on to join the Marine Corps.
When he was 21, Nate Dogg joined with Snoop Dogg and Warren G as part of the rap trio 213.
Nate’s first single was “Regulate,” in 1994, but he worked with Dr. Dre, Tupac, Eminem, Warren G and Ludacris, as well as releasing four albums of his own.

Of course I did not know him personally, but his voice is always there in the back of my mind when I think of those with the most beautiful voices who are singers. I named my youngest, Andrew Nathaniel, after Nate, I loved his talents just that much. No more suffering now for him. R.I.P. Nate, God bless,

I loved growing up on his vibes back in d 90s Nate Dogg will always be rember ed and very sorely missed.
