Kathy Griffin Waves The Olive Branch By Inviting Sarah Palin To Her Broadway Show (VIDEO)
It’s no secret that there seems to be a hate/hate relationship between Sarah Palin and Kathy Griffin. But Kathy Griffin has decided to wave the olive branch and invited Sarah Palin to her Broadway show.
Sarah Palin refers to Kathy Griffin in her book as “a has-been” and “a 50-year-old adult bully.” But the comedian sees the “Mama Grizzly” as one and the same.
In response to Palin complaining about Griffin’s humorous critiques of Alaska’s former first family, Griffin’s publicist told ABCNews.com, “As a fellow reality star, Kathy would like to extend free tickets to her upcoming Broadway show to reality-star Sarah Palin and her reality-TV crew. Kathy supports all reality stars regardless of what they say about her.”
What did she mean exactly? Well, Griffin has an Emmy-winning Bravo TV series called “My Life on the D-List” and the new “Kathy Griffin Wants a Tony,” is set to run in New York March 11th-19th. Palin, started her own reality TV show called “Sarah Palin’s Alaska,” which ran from November 2010 to January 2011.
Did Palin accept the invite? I’m guessing that she didn’t but can’t wait to hear her response!
