Sarah Palin Had a Fake Facebook Page?
If you put something on Facebook, it’s out there: people are going to see it. They can see your wall posts and who your friends are, see what you are doing on there. But, what if you are a public figure like Sarah Palin?
You might not want everyone to get that close of a look at your life. So, maybe that explains a facebook page that is linked to Sarah Palin’s email address, but is under a different name! Does Sarah Palin have a secret facebook page?
The name on the facebook account is “Lou Sarah.” Lou is Palin’s middle name. There wasn’t a lot of activity on the account: just 12 friends(some being Sarah Palin’s cousins) and “liking” things that Sarah Palin(the official facebook account) and praising Bristol Palin’s Dancing With the Stars performances.
The Lou Sarah account has been deleted since Sarah Palin was confronted about it. She said on her facebook fan page, “On a side note, there’s always buzz about fake Sarah Palin Facebook and Twitter accounts. Please know that this is my only authentic Facebook account and SarahPalinUSA is my only authentic Twitter account.”
Seems a little fishy to us.

Brandt commented on Feb 25 11 at 5:25 pmThis really does top it all and make Palin a punchline. The public is finally coming around to seeing the true Sarah Palin. Instead of smiling and nodding while talking about murders and national tragedies, she should have shown some humility. I was compelled to create a visual commentary of her political rhetoric and its effects on my artist’s blog at http://dregstudiosart.blogspot.com/2011/01/sarah-palin-made-me-do-it.html Drop by and let me know what you think.
Lou Sarah commented on Feb 27 11 at 7:51 pmWell no problem for Sarah Palin. Someone in India just waved a $100,000 check at her, and she accepted the invite. Making a speech in India about her “vision of America” is one way to change the subject.
Now, I have it on good authority that Palin will thank her hosts with a wink and a smile when accepting the $100,000 check that covers her speaking fee, and will turn on the charm by telling her hosts about one of her favorite Indians: Pocahontas, ever since she saw the movie (wink!).
