Perry Moore: Is OxyContin OD to Blame? Chronicles Of Narnia Producer Passes On
Perry Moore died far too soon. He was the executive producer of the successful “Chronicle of Narina” film series and passed away at the very young age of just 39.
Perry Moore was found unresponsive at his New York City Apartment by his partner Hunter Hill. There are reports saying that he died from an overdose of OxyContin. But the definitive results of his cause of death have yet to be determined. Was the overdose intentional or was it by accident?
His father Bill Moore, told the Daily News that he had talked to his son the night before and that Perry “was in a great, great mood.”
OxyContin is considered to be the “most abused prescription drug” on the market. And it is highly addictive. OxyContin contributed to the deaths of DJAM aka Adam Goldstein and Health Ledger, both who also died in New York City.
Many times there is a fine line on knowing whether an overdose was accident or was intentional. Generally just noting the amount of pills taken can be the main clue. Either way, it’s heartbreaking to all the friends and family left behind.
