Celeb Crushes: Christine Koh of Boston Mamas, RedNeckMommy Tanis Miller Spill Theirs
Celebrity crushes for Valentine’s Day are on my mind this week! So I asked my friends Christine Koh of Boston Mamas and Tanis Miller of Attack of the Red Neck Mommy about their fave celebrity crushes during this season of hearts and flowers.
I spilled my latest celeb crush (Matt Bomer of USA’s White Collar) and I asked my pals to spill their picks for a fantasy celeb crush. First, I’ll spill Christine Koh’s crush, then the scoop on Tanis Miller!
The fabulous Christine Koh is a music and brain scientist turned writer, editor, & designer who created the insanely popular Boston Mamas. She’s a mom of a six-year-old with another one on the way in March.
I tweeted Christine (@bostonmamas) about her celeb crush and here’s what she said:
“@michellelamar Hmm, I don’t obsess, but if pressed I’d say Ed Norton. And James McAvoy (a la Atonement). I like those intellectual types.”
My pal Christine is not that obsessed with celebs and my friend Tanis just wants them to be…alive.
Tanis Miller writes a humorous and insightful blog about parenting, Attack of the Red Neckneck Mommy. Her blog has made Tanis a celebrity in her own right, so it was no big deal for her to dish with me about her celeb crush. She has been featured on CNN, The Globe and Mail and in a variety of Canadian daily newspapers. Tanis also has a gig with the CBC and juggles work, family and life.
I tweeted my favorite Redneck, @redneckmommy to ask her about her celeb crush on Valentine’s Day and got the following reply:
“I do have a thing for Clive Owen. Or Gerard Butler. Or an undead John Wayne. I’m not choosy.”
Tanis likes her celeb crushes to be ALIVE. That’s kind of important, right?
So spill it ladies—who is YOUR celebrity crush this Valentine’s Day? Talk to me!
