ALO 110258 217x300 Kelsey and Camille Grammer Divorce Final Thursday, Is Kelsey Grammer a Jerk?Kelsey and Camille Grammer’s divorce could be final Thursday, so that Kelsey can marry his new true love Kayte Walsh. Do you think Kelsey Grammer is a jerk for getting married so quickly?

Kelsey’s future bride is 29-years-old, a mere two years older than Spencer Grammer, his 27-year-old daughter!  Kelsey Grammer, who is 55, has put pressure on Camille for a quickie divorce so he can marry Walsh.

Kelsey and Camille Grammer were married for 13 years with two children. There was no prenup between Kelsey and Camille, so the soon-to-be ex Mrs. Grammer could get as much as $50 million in the divorce settlement.

Kelsey Grammer met Kayte Walsh on a plane (she’s a stewardess) and they’ve been attached at the hip ever since.  The divorce negotiations between Kelsey and Camille have gotten a lot of play in the media. Camille insinuated that her husband was a cross-dresser while Kelsey attempted to freeze assets from his ex.

TMZ reports that Kelsey will tie the knot with Kayte Walsh around Valentine’s Day.  The actor told a TMZ reporter, “Kayte’s my new girl, and we’re planning to get married soon.”

EW!  Do you think Kelsey Grammer is a JERK?  Talk to me.

I don’t know and I don’t care, but I do know from body language that those two people in that photo are f***ing miserable.

not really a jerk, no. We don’t know what has gone on in his previous (almost previous) marriage and we don’t know what’s going on in his current. If we’re looking at this from a strictly “what other people think” perspective, we’re the jerks.

Mr. Grammer has not cared this entire time if his actions are improper and hurtful; why would he start caring now and put his wedding off until a later date?

Insensitive and flippant is more appropriate. To say “Kayte’s my new girl….” completely diminishes the sanctity of marriage and commitment. It glosses over the impact that his actions are having on his children and on his wife. Comments like that communicate that he is in it for him. I’m saddened by this situation.

He is hurting his children. He may say they are doing okay but no child is sheltered from the pain, confusion and hurt of their parents’ divorce.

I think Camille is handling this with dignity and leaving her pain at the door for the sake of the kids in working at co-parenting with Kelsey.

And as for Kayte, I would like to ask her what does she see in a man who can cheat on his wife and kids and leave them and marry her so quickly? If he can cheat on Camille, doesn’t she wonder when he will tire of her?

While Kelsey is a celebrity, his celebrity status can’t shelter his children from all the “stuff” they will be dealing with through this short divorce and then remarriage. Adults have a hard time making sense of all of this, how can we expect kids to cope well? My heart aches for the kids and for Camille.

You DO have a point. But it gives me the creeps that he calls his new squeeze his “new girl”.
