Super Bowl Streaming Live: Christina Aguilera Forgets National Anthem Lyrics! (VIDEO)
If you aren’t watching Super Bowl XLV 2011 on Fox right now, then it’s a good thing you are at your computer. You can get the Super Bowl streaming live right to your desktop or laptop, and watch the Superbowl online for free! The Superbowl is streaming live right now!
If you have been tuning into the Superbowl since the beginning of the game, then you probably saw Christina Aguilera forget the National Anthem lyrics as she was singing! Watch Christina Aguilera mess up the National Anthem lyrics in the video clip below.
Almost a minute into the song, instead of singing, “O’er the ramparts we watched were so gallantly streaming…” Christina mistakenly sang the National Anthem lyrics as, “What so proudly we watched at the twilight’s last streaming…”
What do you think…did Christina Aguilera forget the National Anthem lyrics, or did she just forget where she was in the song?

With our daughter proudly serving in the United States Army and currently deployed to Afghanistan I was so excited to hear and be touched by Christina singing a wonderful song…what a disappointment she was.

Dawn commented on Feb 06 11 at 8:15 pmAre you kidding me? This is supposed to be one of the biggest singers in this country and she can’t get the Star Spangled Banner right. How could any American citizen get our National Anthem wrong. Of all things. Al least when Rosy O’ Donnell sang the National Anthem at the World’s Series she got the lyrics right. Pathetic !!!!!!!
