‘Super 8′ Super Bowl Trailer: Modern ‘ET’ with Kyle Chandler
The Super 8 trailer ran during the Super Bowl, and the film looks like a modern version of ET! Super 8 looks very similar to E.T. but way better because the totally hot Kyle Chandler (Friday Night Lights) is one of the stars.
Super 8 is a film that combines the talents of Steven Spielberg and J.J. Abrams so it’s not like we were expecting a bad movie. But after seeing tonight’s Super 8 Super Bowl trailer, I can’t wait to see it!
Super 8 has been super secret until the trailer aired tonight. The new trailer gives us a peek behind the curtain to show us an non-stop action flick with aliens.
Super 8 looks a lot like E.T. because of all the kids on bikes and running around in back yards but unlike our BFF from E.T., the visitors from outer space in this movie are NOT friendly.
But I for one don’t care if the aliens are friendly or not if the movie has Kyle Chandler in it! Kyle Chandler, who plays Coach Eric Taylor in Friday Night Lights is one of my favorite actors…and one of the hottest actors on earth or any other planet.
