Watch Candace Cameron Bure on Today show (video)

Watch Candace Cameron Bure in this Today show video clip, where she talks about her book “Reshaping It All.”

Candace Cameron Bure, mother to three, talks about her eating issues a bit in “Reshaping It All,” but note that it’s not a memoir, tell all or diet book.

Candace calls it a mix of personal stories, her food struggles (abuse and addiction), and how she’s spent the last 10 or 15 years having a healthy lifestyle and healthy relationship with food.

The book explores people’s relationship with food, focusing on self-control and moderation and getting back to the basics of making wise decisions to create new habits for a healthy lifestyle.

Candace Cameron Bure talks about her struggle with bullemia and how she would binge and purge – and this was after she was on Full House, when her husband was on the road. Bure used food as her comfort, but said now she has found God.

Reshaping It All is based on biblical principles, but has healthy tips to get people on track, so she said it applies to all faiths.
