Jersey Shore Italy Season 4: Italian-American Group Not Happy
Jersey Shore season 4 is heading to Italy… really, why is this necessary?
MTV announced today that a fourth season of Jersey Shore was on tap, with the plan to shoot season 4 in Italy.
Not a big surprise that Jersey Shore would be renewed for another season – after all, it’s been a huge ratings winner for MTV!
Chris Linn, Executive VP of Programming for MTV said of the Italian spin: “While the stateside Jersey Shore locales have become iconic for our audience, it’s really the constantly evolving dynamic amongst the cast that keeps them coming back each season and Europe is a fresh spin on a show that continues to reach new heights for us. The cast is headed to the birthplace of the culture they love and live by. We can’t wait to see what erupts as a result.”
Italian-American group UNICO tells TMZ, “It will not only hurt Italians but all Americans … their outrageous, reprehensible behavior will make us look like buffoons and bimbos.”
Oh, Italy… we’re sorry in advance for Jersey Shore coming to Europe.
But, if we’re lucky though, maybe they’ll stay there!
