Mackenzie Foy Too Old to Play Robert Pattinson Kristen Stewart’s Daughter in ‘Breaking Dawn’?
Mackenzie Foy has been cast as Renesmee the daughter of Bella and Edward in the Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn. As you can see, Foy is a perfect combination of Robert Pattinson’s and Kristen Stewart’s features! It’s kind of scary how much this little girl looks like the two Twilight Saga actors.
This photo is from Mackenzie’s work for Garnet Hill, and it is clear to see why Foy is perfect casting for the role of Renesmee the half-human and half-vampire child of Edward and Bella in Breaking Dawn.
But is this ten-year-old actress too old to play the part of Renesmee?
In Breaking Dawn, Bella and Edward have a baby who has very accelerated growth. Renesmee looks like she’s a toddler when she’s only days old. It will be interesting to see how the director of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn handle Mackenzie Foy as Renesmee. Twihards are buzzing today about how they are going to make Mackenzie Foy look younger.
As in every Twilight decision, fans have their opinions. Some TwiHards say they can’t picture her as the half vampire, half mortal child of Bella and Edward Cullen because of her age. Other loyal fans think Mackenzie Foy is perfect casting. What do YOU think? Talk to me!
