‘Breaking Dawn’ Title Art Released, Color Has Special Meaning
Summit Entertainment released the Breaking Dawn Part 1 Title Art today! Summit has been releasing a flurry of pictures and news about the The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn over the past few weeks and today Twihards received another sneak peek with the release of the official title card for the first part of Breaking Dawn.
According to MTV News, the color of the title card for each Twilight Saga movie has special meaning. MTV reports, “while the card for Twilight was red, New Moon was gold and Eclipse was shiny silver, this card for Part 1 of Breaking Dawn is a reddish orange — the color of, well, the sky as dawn breaks.”Summit Entertainment says that “each card has a unique color to reflect the tone of the story.” The Breaking Dawn title art is consistent with the look and feel of the first three films, because the Breaking Dawn title card uses the same font (Zephyr) that fans associate with the Twilight Saga films.
It makes sense that the new title art is reddish orange, the color of the sky as the sun rises. The final story in the Twilight Saga is about the “dawn” of a new marriage, a baby, a vampire transformation, there are many new beginnings.
