Watch Ted Williams on Dr. Phil (video)

Watch Ted Williams on Dr. Phil in these video clips. The man with the golden voice, Ted Williams, made headlines last week when a viral video of the homeless man’s radio voice made him an overnight sensation.

But his new found fame is likely overwhelming, as Ted Williams suddenly became the second chance human interest story that every media outlet was begging to cover.

Dr. Phil is no exception, having Ted Williams appear on his show over two separate days to impart his doctorly advice.

Watch Ted Williams in this Dr. Phil part one video, where Williams walks Dr. Phil through his old territory as a homeless man.

Dr. Phil asks Ted Williams if he’s on a roller coaster ride.

“Yes, sir,” Ted replies, adding, “I don’t know what to think. This is crazy. This is wild. It’s exciting. It’s a blessing.”

Dr. Phil lays it on the line: “I’ve got an agenda. I want to tell you what it is up front: You have a second chance here. What I want to do is help you make the most of that second chance. I don’t want to just celebrate it with you; I want to help you manage it. This time next year, I want you to be as happy as you are right now.”

Dr. Phil adds, “You’ve got to make this one stick. There’s not going to be a third chance.”

Ted William’s story is truly remarkable. I also hope that he keeps up being sober, and keeps a good public image. If people are interested in the story of Ted Williams, I think the book Soaring Above Co-Addiction by Lisa Espich is a good read.

Please check out this new book that I just read: Soaring above Co-dependency by Lisa Espich. A great book for anyone who is living with an addict.
