Glee Justin Bieber Episode Not Happening, But Bieber Song Planned
Justin Bieber Glee episode was just a rumor!
Phew, a Glee Justin Bieber episode will NOT be happening, despite rumors over the weekend that a Bieber Glee episode was in the works.
For those that believe Glee is moving towards “jump the shark” territory, the news of the false Justin Bieber Glee episode should keep the sharks at bay a bit longer.
Glee creator and executive producer Ryan Murphy himself set the record straight with Perez Hilton, saying, “Glee is not doing a Justin Bieber tribute episode. We are not doing any more of those this season. Those are reserved for artists with a big catalog, a la Madonna and Britney, etc.”
But Bieber fans, you can expect one Justin Bieber song on Glee this season, with Murphy spilling, “We are doing an episode where Sam sings a JB song to win Quinn back, and copies his hairstyle. But it’s a small part of a big episode that has a lot of other things going on.”
