Natalie Gulbis: 5 Things About Dustin Johnson’s New Lady
PGA hot shot Dustin Johnson has a new lady! The pro-golfer is dating LPGA rising star Natalie Gulbis who confirmed the coupling to Golf.com this weekend.
While many on the links know of Dustin Johnson who ranked 4th on the PGA money list for 2010, Natalie Gulbis is a relatively new star in the LPGA who is just starting to make a name for herself.
Who is Natalie Gulbis?
Child athlete. Natalie Gulbis took a page from the Tiger Woods book of golf by getting an early start in the game. She made her first swing at the age of 4 and had won her first tournament at the age of 7 years old. She was able to break par at the age of 10.
LPGA Career. Natalie Gulbis played in her first LPGA event as an amateur at the age of 15. She made her first appearance as a professional at the age of 18.
LPGA Success. Natalie may not have won a tournament in her first five years in the LPGA, but she did finish sixth on the LPGA money list in 2005 with over $1 million (U.S.) in earnings. Her first professional win was in 2007 at the Evian Masters where she won the $3,000,000 prize.
Endorsements. While not often on the leaders board, Natalie Gulbis rakes in the endorsement deals thanks to her blonde bombshell appearance. She has deals with RSM McGladrey, TaylorMade Golf, Adidas, Canon, Michelob Ultra, SkyCaddie, Payment Data Systems, MasterCard, Winn Golf Grips, Lake Las Vegas Resort and EA Sports.
Celebrity Apprentice. Natalie appeared on the second season of Celebrity Apprentice in order to raise money for the Boys and Girls Club.
