Sarah Palin & Gabrielle Gifford Have An Eery Connection.
Gabrielle Giffords and Sarah Palin have an eery connection today as both politicians find themselves being shot down – in drastically different ways. Not only was Giffords a “target” on Palin’s list of politicians who needed to be taken down, but Palin’s TLC reality series, Sarah Palin’s Alaska, won’t see life after the first season ends this Sunday.
Although the series attracted an average of 3.2 million viewers, and Palin claimed to have enjoyed doing the show more than she anticipated, it was her choice to end the series while she was ahead. But, why?
Well, for starters, doing another season would send a message that the ex-governor is not serious about running for President in 2012. And if Palin decides to run, she would save TLC from the hassle of having to give equal-time on the network to other candidates.
