John Edwards Engaged to Rielle Hunter?
It has been a rough holiday season for the children of John and Elizabeth Edwards. First the lost their mother Elizabeth just before the Christmas holidays and now they are starting the new year with rumors that their father may be planning to marry Rielle Hunter.
Are John Edwards kids ready to call Rielle Hunter stepmom?
Even though Edwards is now denying the rumor that he has become engaged to his mistress Rielle Hunter, it is way too soon for either Edwards to be thinking of bringing Ms. Hunter into the family in a motherly role. His children with Elizabeth – Cate, 28, Emma, 12, and Jack, 10 – are still mourning the loss of their mother and are nowhere near ready for a new mom in their lives.
For now Rielle should busy herself with raising her daughter with Edwards – Frances, 2 – and leave herself out of the broader Edwards’ family.
