Ted Williams: Homeless D.J. Ted Williams’ Radio Voice Earns Job Offers; Watch Viral Video
Ted Williams, the homeless man who’s golden radio voice was discovered on a viral video, has become an instant celebrity, already landing a variety of job offers, including a gig for the Today Show.
The video of Ted Williams, shot by a local news channel, went viral online, with well over 4 million views on YouTube.
Once the news program posted the video, job offers started rolling in, including on for Ted Williams to have his own radio show. On Twitter, fans who heard of Ted Williams’ story said he should be a sports commentator or do ad voiceover work.
One confirmed offer Ted Williams received was a job with the Cleveland Cavaliers – plus a house! He told a local radio show in Ohio, “The Cleveland Cavaliers just offered me a full-time job and a house! A house! A house!”
There’s also been buzz that the NFL and MTV are courting Williams.
One thing’s for sure, homeless D.J. Ted Williams is set for life.
