Jake Gyllenhaal and Taylor Swift’s whirlwind romance has officially come to an end…not that it’s any huge surprise. Taylor Swift and Jake Gyllenhaal were first spotted together back in October, and enjoyed a romantic Thanksgiving weekend that wound up all over the Internet in photos.
Reese Witherspoon supposedly told Taylor Swift that Jake Gyllenhaal was a great guy who would never break her heart…but it looks like Reese was wrong.
A source says that Jake was the one who decided to call his fling with Taylor Swift quits, and that she is heartbroken over the split. “He said he wasn’t feeling it anymore and was uncomfortable with all the attention they got. He also said he could feel the age difference. Taylor is really upset. We told her not to move so fast with this but she didn’t listen.”, is what the source reports.
Poor Taylor Swift. As if she wasn’t teary-eyed enough from pining for ex-flame Taylor Lautner, now she has to deal with being dumped by Jake Gyllenhaal.
One thing is for sure, December definitely isn’t a lucky month as far as love goes for Taylor Swift. And as for Jake Gyllenhaal, is the news of ex-girlfriend Reese Witherspoon’s engagement what made him realize he had no future with Taylor Swift? Does he regret breaking up with Reese?
