I think Hattie should have maybe waited a week or so before posting the photo to give them time to go back home, but I think Robert and Kristen should be happy they have fans and that some fans just want a picture with them. I would have asked for a photo, too if I had been there.

I know Hattie shes a close friend of mine, and she did not give permission to any website to take her picture, jared without any respect went into her facebook and stole that photo and then without shame spoke on her behalf! because of this Hattie has been threatened by a lot off fans for being innocent, all she did was kindly allow fans to see the photo on facebook merely because they all begged otherwise that photo was something for her to enjoy alone!! these photos have no place on these sites and frankly the people who took her photo should be ashamed of themselves. She should not have bothered them in the first place. Who cares when she posted the picture. She had no right to ask them to take it in their private time when they are trying to go unnoticed. They went to an Island in the English Channel probably hoping they would be left alone but guess not. The problem is this fan thinks she “can not pass up that kind of opportunity” as her story says but she needs to think of herself times thousands. If every fan out there thinks they can’t pass up the opportunity to stop and bug them and take photos and ask for autographs, etc, etc, you have exactly what Rob and Kristen have now, a bunch of obsessed fans bothering them constantly. You can be excited to see them but you move on and leave them alone. I say you CAN pass up the opportunity and leave them alone, as she should have. I read that the second FANS saw them get off the boat at the island they started tweeting everyone, which then alerted everyone else they were there, including paps and every other kind of person coming from underneath a rock.

For the love of God…Hattie Bury was not the only person to have her photo taken with Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart on New Years Eve, and because the others have seen what is happening to her…’global hate and interference’… all of them removed their photos for fear of the same treatment.
You have come up with illusions of how the situation took place. None of you were there and know what happened.. We were at the same location as P+K for hours on end…We left before midnight and did not disturb them at all,, They were fine about it. No big deal from them. You are treating them as gods, we are all equal.
If they wanted to spend their time with friends privately, they could have. They were in a public place, they chose to do that. I am certain most of you would have done the same as my daughter… Get yourselves involved in something that actually matters, for heavens sake.

No one would LET her! Did you not read the posts where she was called a liar? She confirmed they were there because people were scouring the boards looking for someone with confirmation that there were on IOW. So she thought she would confirm and then that is when she was called a liar because she hadn’t posted a pic, so she did..and that is when all hell broke loose because some people feel its their job to defend, protect and speak for Rob and Kristen. Really, come on people, Kristen and Rob are not online trolling the boards to see what is being said about them, they are living their lives and so what if someone said something not so favorable about Kristen or Rob..Big whoopie doo! If they cared so much about every comment good or bad that a fan said, they would be avid online posters, defending themselves, standing up to fans who say crap about them, but they are not. Wouldn’t that be the first clue? Its not important to them. As I said previously, Rob and Kristen are fully aware that at anytime, private or public that they could be recognized by fans and paps. Of course they don’t like any invasion of privacy, but being a celebrity, it comes with the turf.
While Rob and Kristen are not online reading these insane posts, as its not the center of their universe, this girl who posted this pic is and is being bombarded with negative posts and hate emails, is online enduring this, reading this, and probably regrets listening to those who called her a liar, and regrets posting the pic. Shame on those who made this girl feel like she committed a crime. Grow up people! Really and truly, look at yourselves and grow the hell up!

This is the way fames works. I can’t understand why people don’t get that. As long as as there are Twi-hards there will always be paps and over zealous fans armed with their camera phones wanting a picture. If you really hated it that much, don’t become an actor. I don’t like blood so I’m not a doctor, I don’t like animals so I’m not a vet. Do you see where I’m going here? I wish that society would care far less for “celebrities”. All it does is empower them. Yeah Hattie had the right to post this to her facebook, she didnt know that someone would steal it and post it all over the web.

People were calling her a liar and she posted it simply as proof and not because she wanted the attention. My sister was with her that night that she met them, and while Hatties friend approached Kristen, Rob approached my sister as she had a heater outside and he went to stand under it with her .

My sister (as hattie did) asked for a picture kindly (while appologising for disrupting his night) as it was my birthday, he said he didnt mind and posed for the photo then wished me a happy birthday. I promised Rob I wouldnt post my picture to facebook, and despite people calling me a liar I am not going to post it, because I dont want these sort of sites telling lies about what happened that night when they have no idea what went on.

Hattie posted her picture to her facebook in confidence, and no one should have taken it. Its her picture and no one should post it around making up lies.

Yes Rob and Kristen deserve peace, but hey its a once in a lifetime thing, 2 fans approached them for a pictures and were kind about it. They didnt scream or pester them, they did it kindly and rob was happy to give them a picture with a smile on his face. Lucky it wasnt two teenage, obsessed girls.
