Is Nadya Suleman Being Evicted?
Is Nadya Suleman being evicted? The infamous octomom Nadya Suleman and her fourteen children might be out on the street sometime soon if the owner of her home has anything to say about it!
Octomom Nadya Suleman reportedly owes a balloon payment of $450,000 to the owner of her home Amer Haddadin. She has until the end of the week to make the payment or the owner plans to move forward with evicting the family.
Suleman purchased the hoe on a contract for deed through her father back in 2009. The purchase price was $565k at the time. To date she has paid the $130k down payment and has been making monthly mortgage payments. At issue is the remaining balloon payment which was due on October 9, 2010. For the landlord it comes down to credibility and he’s not buying her story that she’s broke.
“I think they have money, but they are hiding the money,” Haddadin tells the Los Angeles Times. He believes that the Octomom has adequate funds from her multiple requests to sell out herself and her kids.
It appears the time has come for the Octomom to finally pay the piper!
