Although Drew Brees is mostly known for donning a big Saints helmet where his face is pretty much hidden, the marking on his cheek still makes people wonder where, when and how it got there. But while most people think it’s a scar, it isn’t a scar at all. Rather, it is a…birthmark. He reportedly had surgery a couple of years ago to try to have it removed but it just made it a bit smaller and still left a mark. This was a birthmark he was born with and with all his appearances and endorsement deals, he is probably more attentive to it then he was before. But his real magic isn’t from his appearance, it’s the great stuff that he does on the field that really makes headlines.
