Alanis Morissette Welcomes Baby Boy Over Christmas
Alanis Morissette welcomed a new baby boy over Christmas! According to PEOPLE, Morissette and husband Mario “Souleye” Treadway welcomed their son, Ever Imre, into the world on December 25. Mom and baby are both doing fine. A rep for the new parents told PEOPLE magazine:
“Alanis Morissette and Mario ‘Souleye’ Treadway welcomed a baby boy, Ever Imre Morissette-Treadway, on Dec. 25th,” a rep for the singer told the magazine. “All are healthy and happy.”
The singer announced she was pregnant in August via Twitter. Morissette tweeted, “Yes, happy news….i’m pregnant,” she wrote. “We’re so excited to start our family…. xo a.”
In October, Alanis was seen flaunting her baby bump in a bikini while on vacation in Mexico. Morissette and Souleye were married this past May but Alanis was previously been engaged to Ryan Reynolds. The newly single Reynolds was voted the sexiest man alive by PEOPLE this year .
Congrats to the new mama and papa! Ever Imre is a unique name but I think it’s cool. Share your well-wishes for Morissette and her family in the comments!
