‘SNL’ Skewers Mark Zuckerberg, Makes Julian Assange Funny! [Video]

SNL Skewers Mark Zuckerberg, Makes Julian Assange Funny! [Video]Last night’s SNL skewered Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg via the Saturday Night Live spoof of WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange . Bill Hader is laugh out loud funny as Julian Assange and the skit one of my favorite segments this season. Bill Hader as Assange is scathing satire–so funny because it’s so true.

Bill Hader’s version of  Julian Assange is witty, smart and savvy with lines like “I’m a Samantha, but if the Swedish police ask, I’m a Charlotte.”   Andy Samberg’s Mark Zuckerberg comes off as a geek to the 100th power as he explains: “That’s an algorithm for fun!”

Watch the clip of the Zuckerberg/Assange sketch below but some of my favorite parts of last night’s visit with Julian Assange include:

Julian Assange congratulates Time magazine on its selection of Mark Zuckerberg as Person of the Year:
“But really, Time magazine: discovering Facebook only weeks after your grandmother?”

Assange whines that he is an outlaw while the Facebook founder wins man of the year:
“I give you private information on corporations for free, and I’m a villain. Mark Zuckerberg gives your private information to corporations for money, and he’s man of the year.”

The Time magazine reference made me laugh particularly hard!  Did you see the sketch on SNL last night?  Watch the  Saturday Night Live spoof of Julian Assange and Mark Zuckerberg.
