Teen Mom 2 – Meet the New Mommies! Bring on the Drama! (Video)
There’s a new crop of Teen Moms on the block! The cat of the upcoming Teen Mom 2 has been announced and its full of some faces that should be familiar to their MTV fans. The network turned to one of their other reality shows to select their new cast. All four girls were originally included in the second season of 16 and Pregnant and now we get to see where they ended up after their water broke.
Meet the cat of Teen Mom 2….
The new moms – Chelsea, Jenelle, Kailyn and Leah – are opening up their lives for the world to watch (and judge). The upside is that they can reach the pop culture icon status that the original Teen Mom stars have achieved complete with magazine covers and a dedicated audience following their every move.
So here’s what we know about the cast of Teen Mom 2:
Chelsea: Chelsea is busy raising her daughter, Aubree, with the help of baby daddy Adam. Her family and friends aren’t fans of her choice in men. A former sports star, Chelsea decided to drop out of high school during her senior year due to her pregnancy. Teen Mom 2 will follow her as she moves out on her own and dream of starting beauty school.
Jenelle: Jenelle is busy raising her son, Jace, all on her own. With the dad out of the picture, she leans on her mom, Barbara, for support. A former party girl with the weight of the world on her shoulders, Jenelle is having troubles settling down and acting like a grown-up. The season will see Jenelle face off against her mother for custody of Jace
Kailyn: Kailyn is busy raising her son, Isaac, with the help of her boyfriend Jo and his family. After being thrown out of her mother’s home during her pregnancy, she moved in with Jo’s family for support. When things start to sour between the couple she moves into the family’s basement. The season follows their turbulent relationship as Kailyn tackles two part-time jobs and a full course load at community college.
Leah: Leah has her hands full raising twin daughters, Alianna and Aleeah, with the help of ex-boyfriend Corey. Infidelity issues haunt the couple as they deal with the health issues of the babies.
Look for the premiere of Teen Mom 2 on s January 11 on MTV.
