Paul Rudd, Paul McCartney on ‘Saturday Night Live’
Tonight Saturday Night Live features two Pauls – Paul Rudd hosts and Paul McCartney is the musical guest. The promo for tonight’s SNL are hilarious, watch Paul Rudd and Andy Samberg in the clip below.
Paul Rudd is hosting Saturday Night Live to help promote his new movie, How Do You Know. The flick is a love triangle between an athlete who has been cut from her team (Reese Witherspoon), an innocent businessmen who may be headed to jail (Paul Rudd), and a narcissistic baseball player (Owen Wilson). Jack Nicholson plays Paul Rudd’s father in the movie, so the actor has met two major entertainment legends in the past year.
The Toronto Star interviewed Paul Rudd about his SNL hosting gig with Paul McCartney and Rudd confessed that he’s a little nervous about meeting the rock legend:
Rudd does an impromptu rehearsal of his McCartney greeting: “I know you’ve heard it all before. I can’t pretend to be aloof. I don’t want to be fawning. But it’s an incredible honour to meet you and I’m so fortunate that I get to do the show with you.”
