Johnny Depp, Angelina Jolie in ‘The Tourist’ Opens Friday
Angelina Jolie and Johnny Depp star in The Tourist, which opens Friday across the United States. Johnny Depp stars as an American tourist who flirts with a stranger and gets more than he bargained for.
During an impromptu trip to Europe to mend a broken heart, Frank ( Johnny Depp) unexpectedly finds himself in a flirtatious encounter with Elise (Angelina Jolie), an extraordinary woman who deliberately crosses his path. Against the fabulous backdrop of Paris and Venice, their whirlwind romance quickly evolves as they find themselves thrust into a deadly game of cat and mouse.
In addition to Angelina Jolie and Johnny Depp, the film stars Paul Bettany, Timothy Dalton, Steven Berkoff, Rufus Sewell and Christian De Sica.
Personally, I’d pay $12 to watch Johnny Depp read the phone book, so naturally I’m IN for The Tourist. I have heard mixed reviews of this movie but any movie with Johnny Depp is a good one for me!

Watching the tourist commented on Dec 10 10 at 5:38 amVenice and Paris are two of my favourite european cities. Depp and Jolie are both great eye candy. So, the plot is a little lacking? Uh? Is that why people still go and see Bond movies? No. They go and see bond movies because it’s escapist entertaintment. Check your brains on hold and enjoy the scenery and beauty.
