Kim Zolciak Pregnant, Engaged & Selling Her House! (PHOTOS)
It’s been a busy time of year for Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak. Not only did she get pregnant, is engaged to her baby daddy Kroy Biermann, but now she’s making another big move…out of her house!
The reality TV star is has put her townhouse up for sale once again. Last year she tried to sell it and put it on the market for $568,700 but it didn’t sell. Now she has it listed at $499,000, just a little above the price she bought it for – $486,000 – back in 2006. But this time, she’s using her Real Housewives fame to try to help sell the home. The Duluth townhouse is being marketed as a “Real Housewives of Atlanta Luxury Townhouse” complete with a photo of Kim posing where the magic happens….her bedroom.
The 3-story townhouse is 3,396 square feet and has three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It also features a double height foyer, 10-foot high coffered ceilings on the main floor, a fireplace, a gourmet kitchen, a office, custom fitted closets, large family room, second floor laundry room and a fenced patio with a waterfall. But having the Real Housewives pedigree will cost you, two other townhouses in the gated community that are identical to Kim’s are currently listed at $400,000 and $445,000.
