It was only a matter of time before Jessica Simpson responded to the recent and overwhelming amount of pregnancy rumors. Well, it does seem like she had a shotgun engagement, does it not?
“There are no babies yet,” Simpson told Access Hollywood. “But I definitely see myself having a family with him, so that’s exciting to think about.”
And despite reports that she’s rushing to the altar (albeit in a race to beat ex Nick Lachey), Simpson says she’s taking it slow. “We just really haven’t talked much about it,” she says.
“We’ve really just been happy being engaged, so I don’t even know what kind of wedding I’ll have. We [have] both been married before, so you never know what can happen.”
I still say they get married before the summer. Who agrees?
