Tony Parker Eva Longoria Divorce Getting Nasty
Tony Parker and Eva Longoria’s divorce seemed pretty amicable at first, but now, things are starting to get a bit nasty. After reports came out that Eva Longoria had blindsided Tony Parker by filing for divorce right after he signed a $50 million dollar contract with the San Antonio Spurs, Tony is now firing back at Eva and has filed his own divorce petition in Texas.
Tony Parker is countersuing Eva Longoria for divorce, and by filing in Texas, he’s setting up the Hollywood divorce battle of the year. In Texas, divorces can be processed in as little as two months, while in California, where Eva filed, a minimum of six months is required to end a marriage.
Tony Parker still has not admitted that he cheated on Eva Longoria with Erin Barry, and now he is doing everything possible to protect his image, and his wallet. Eva Longoria’s divorce filing states that they had a pre-nuptial agreement, while Tony Parker denies that a pre-nup exists.
It is now up to the courts in Texas and California to battle things out and decide who has jurisdiction over the case. All I can say, is thank God no kids are involved. This is going to be one nasty fight.
