Her wedding dress will be a big deal, a really really big deal. It wouldn’t be understatement to say it will be the wedding dress of the decade if not the century. So what will she wear? Betting money is on Phillipa Lepley. So who is Phillipa Lepley?
She was a late addition to the speculation lists of who could be doing her dress. And there are some good reasons why. Word is that not only will she wear something from a British designer, which is a given, but that it will be local designer from London.
