The ad which features Beyonce in a skin-tight mini-dress, oiled up from head to toe while she sings the song Fever definitely push the limits of the kid-friendly content we expect from our televisions (with the exception of Jerry Springer and the gang) during the daytime hours.    While it is definitely racy, there are must racier ads airing all day long!

The perfume company Cody has come out with its response to the ban saying the commercial was merely ”intended to reflect the singer Beyoncé’s personal ‘sexy chic’ style.  It was aimed at a vast selection of music programs to target a young adult audience. It would therefore be consistent with the expectations of viewers of those sorts of programs.”

There’s nothing wrong with the Beyonce perfume ad. I’ve seen much worse on soaps.
