People’s Choice Awards: Twilight’s Eclipse Eclipses All Nominees
Twilight Saga Eclipse leads 2011 People's Choice Nominations
It’s really no surprise that Twilight Saga: Eclipse has the most People’s Choice Awards nominations leading with eight.
The nominees were announced today for the awards show on January 5, 2011.
The third installment of the Twilight series has been nominated for Favorite Movie, Favorite Movie Actor (both Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner), Favorite Movie Actress (Kristen Stewart), Favorite Drama Movie and Favorite On Screen Team (Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner).
Both Kristen and Robert are nominated for Favorite Movie Star Under 25 – who of the two will win? Let’s hope they don’t fight over the award.
With winners picked by fan ballots, I’m pretty sure the teen vampires will take home the awards for these nominations.
Other nominees include supermom Angelina Jolie who is nominated for Favorite Action Star, Sarah Jessica Parker and her gang in Sex and the City 2 for Favorite Comedy Movie.
For Favorite TV Comedy, it’ll be a tight race between Glee and Modern Family.
New Jersey fans will have trouble choosing their Favorite TV Guilty Pleasure as those crazy Jersey Shore kids are up against the train-wreck that is the Real Housewives of New Jersey.
