great deals if you can get threw

I tried for several hours to order the cashmere sweater that was advertized on the Today Show, they said it was available for 24 hrs. After being told it was out of stock. I then spoke with customer service and told them I thought it was “very poor advertizing” not to have this item. She then connected me to a supervisor and I finally placed my order. Will send comment on the delivery and quality of the item when it arrives.

I have tried to get thur from the vert start of this sale and have not been able to get myorder. I guess I won;tget any of the sale ideans.

Tried from the beginning to get items. It’s very disappointing not to be able to order when they say it’s good for 24 hours. There’s not way to get through.

The very start I tried calling all the numbers, but nothing went tru. After less than 5 minutes the Wii games shows “Sold Out”. I tried for long time, just disappointed. Poorly Advertised.

I sent email’s to place my order (just as it instructed me to do) and have heard nothing back from any of the vendors! I just think that if you ask people to take time out of their day to spend money on your product you should have the product avalible. What a waste of my time!!

Just like Jacki the same thing happened to me. I was very dsappointed. My kids really want the Just dance 2 game and since my husband and I are both out of work this was the only chance I had to purchase it. Thanks a lot today show.

I ordered face cream from one of the merchants. They charged my card that day and still have not shipped the face cream. It has been a month. I think the Today Show needs to make merchants aware of what is going to happen to their websites and merchants should not agree to do the segment if they can not handle the traffic. Selling out is one thing, but charging someones card and never shipping or notifying them is inexcusable.

I had purchased a couple of items some time ago. It took forever to get the items and when I finally received the items I was very, very disappointed.
The handbag from Stella and Jamie does not look, feel or smell like real leather. It’s more like Ultra Suede.
The bracelet from Mon Ami Jewelry is not worth the money paid for the S&H. I believed that S&H is how they made it worth selling the bracelet. They offered a “free” Shambala bracelt to those who orderd from this site but charge $8.95 for S&H. This is for a “free” offer. I received the “free” item and had to return/exchange it because it was defective. I received a replacement that is also defective. I called them and the CSR was not available so I left a message. I am still waiting for a response, two weeks later.
VERY DISSAPOINTED with these “steals & deals”.
