Danielle Staub gets served... while on the red carpet!
And we’re not talking 5-star service either!
According to reports, Real Housewife of New Jersey Danielle Staub was at a Halloween event near her New Jersey home when, just as she was about to step onto the red carpet, she was served with legal papers. Well that must have made for a very awkward entrance!
Sources claim that the legal papers were in reference to a lawsuit filed by Staub’s ex-boyfriend Steve Zalewski. Apparently the housewife’s ex is furious with the reality star for claiming that he made their infamous sex tape without her consent. Did she cry wolf, or is this ex just out for revenge? I guess we’ll have to wait until the hearing to find out. Either way, this can not be an easy time for her, not to mention her daughters!
Having to deal with the embarrassment of being publicly served is almost as bad as having to deal with the repercussions of your mother’s provocative and highly publicised actions. Hopefully (but not likely) the rest of this issue will be carried out in a private manner- those girls have had to witness enough craziness for one lifetime!
