Billy Ray Cyrus Files For Divorce From Tish Cyrus
Billy Ray Cyrus has filed for divorce from his wife of nearly 20 years, Tish Cyrus. The couple is citing “irreconcilable differences” as reason for their split, which is pretty much the standard grounds for divorce in Hollywood.
In the court papers that were filed in his home state of Tennessee, Billy Ray Cyrus is asking for shared custody of his three kids under 18 years of age with Tish Cyrus. He supposedly also wants a parenting plan to be approved by a judge.
Considering that Billy Ray and Tish’s most famous child, Miley Cyrus, can’t be tamed, I’m guessing that he doesn’t expect any sort of parenting plan for her.
Billy Ray also wants to split the marital estate with Tish.
Something tells me that this divorce could get a little ugly.
