Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Teresa and Joe Giudice must be giving bad financial advice to their family!
Joe’s brother, Pete Giudice and his wife filed Chapter 7 with the United States Bankruptcy Court in New Jersey on June 29 of this year.
Looks like Pete is following in his brother’s footsteps after Joe and Teresa had to file bankruptcy as well last year after falling into debt to the tune of $11 million.
Maybe Teresa and her sister-in-law were accustomed to overspending! I can imagine the shopping sprees they both went on.
According to the court papers, Pete only has $400 to his name in cash. How is this possible?
The couple lists their monthly income as $7,000 with assets totaling $1.3 million but liabilities of nearly $2 million, leaving them at least $400,000 in the hole, Radaronline.com has learned.
Pete’s debts are defined as consumer debts “incurred by an individual primarily for a personal, family, or household purpose.”
The couple also filed a notice to abandon their $1.3 million New Jersey home.

Unlike Teresa, this family did not sell their soul to the devil. They aren’t getting book deals, cosmetic line, Bravo salary, commercial endorsements, etc. They get all the bad press but w/out any of the income. Sux to be related to a Bravolebrity!

I know their family and their parents don’t deserve this kind of press. Their kids Screwed up and yes I beleive they should take care of the mess they made but the whole family did not sign up to be on bravo’s show only teresa did. She has turned this family upside down and it needs to be stopped. I don’t know what Pete is thinking but if you extend your credit it needs to taken care of and i don’t mean throwing it on the tax payers. I have seen them driving their lamborghini’s, Ferrari, Maserati but yet they don’t have a dime to their name. It is all smoke and mirrors.
