Jennifer Nicole Lee Helps Moms Get Fit

Can you believe that Jennifer Nicole Lee is a mother of two? It’s pretty hard to imagine after seeing how great she looks. It’s even more unbelievable that she actually weighed around 200 lbs. after having her kids.

Jennifer definitely figured out how to make fitness work for her, and was even just declared the “Lovely Lady of the Day” by Sports Illustrated.

Now that she has a successful career as a bikini model and fitness guru, Jennifer hopes to help other moms get back in shape after pregnancy with her series of videos, “Fabulously Fit Moms.”

She had busy moms in mind when creating the series, and each workout is only 30 minutes long. The New Mom workout is based on training, pilates, and yoga, and is great for easing women back into a good fitness routine after giving birth.

In addition to the New Mom video, the series also includes upper and lower body workouts, a total body routine, and a “Sleek and Sexy” and “Super Energized” workout.
