Rachel belts out "What I Did For Love"
“What I Did For Love” has become the latest in a long line of Rachel Berry’s “Glee” hits! On the “Glee” premiere, Rachel stepped in it again with her gleemates, alienating exchange student Sunshine (Clarice) so badly the golden-voiced cutie decided to join Vocal Adrenaline rather than take her chances with New Directions, where she noted that Rachel would probably make her life difficult. Rachel, of course, didn’t want to give up the spotlight, but she also didn’t want her fellow glee clubbers mad at her.
“I did it for them,” she pleaded to boyfriend Finn, saying she didn’t want to break up their little family with a new member. But Finn knew the truth: She did it for her. The parted with a sweet kiss and Rachel running off to the auditorium, where she exorcised those high school demons through song.
