The couple were married over the weekend in a private ceremony in Hawaii to the delight of their daughters – Olivia , 6, and Harper Moon, nearly two.
So who is Jill McCormick and how did she win the heart of Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder?
Fashion Model. Jill McCormick is an American fashion model who has appeared on the pages Vogue, Elle, Cosmopolitan, and Harper’s Bazaar.
Rocker Wife. Jill has been on the arm of rocker Eddie Vedder for years. The couple met back in 1999 and started dating the next year.
