ADB 026989 200x300 Shaquille ONeal a Hacker? Thats Not Setting a Very Good Example for His KidsIs Shaquille O’Neal a hacker?  That’s what his ex-girlfriend Vanessa Lopez is claiming!

A former employee of Shaq’s is claiming that the NBA star hacked into both his and Lopez’s  voicemail and phone systems.

The former employee, Shawn Darling, has filed a lawsuit in Miami-Dade County accusing Shaq of intentional infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy and civil R.I.C.O. (a racketeering charge).

So what is Shaq accussed of and what does it mean for his kids?

The lawsuit alleges that Shaq hacked into the voicemails and phone systems of Darling and Vanessa Lopez.  While he had access to her voicemail, O’Neal reportedly deleted her messages and changed her password.   To hide the evidence of his bad acts, Darling says Shaq threw a laptop computer into a lake near his home in Florida.

The source of the lawsuit stems from evidence Darling claims he has on Shaq that roves he had multiple affairs during his marriage to Shawnie O’Neal and that Shaq tried to frame Darling for illegal acts to keep that information from going public.  Lopez is currently suing Shaq for harassment separately.

If true, Shaq is setting a terrible example for his five kids!
