How Old is Kanye West? Older but not wiser than Taylor Swift

Oh Kanye West, how old are you?
Are you 32? Do you live in a shoe?
At Sunday’s MTV Video Music Awards, fans waited anxiously to see if another “incident” would happen between Kanye West and Taylor Swift.
We can’t forget last year’s VMA shocking moment when Kanye West stole the microphone from an innocent 19-year-old Taylor Swift.
Luckily there wasn’t a repeat but instead, Taylor got her sweet revenge by singing her brand new song, Still an Innocent, inspired by her awful experience. A song about forgiveness, she finally puts the Kanye West drama to an end. But was it really necessary?
Her performance began with a montage of the 2009 fiasco on a TV screen as Taylor sat on a big chair wearing in a little dress. Her lyrics seemed to be directed towards Kanye: ”You’re 32 and still growing up now.”
Well we know Taylor was born in 1989 so she’s not referring to herself. Kanye was indeed 32 years old at last year’s VMA Awards. Kanye West is now 33, born June 8, 1977. He was 32 when last year’s fiasco shocked the music nation.
Has Kanye grown up or is he still a big bully kid?
Kanye’s highly anticipated new song of the night fell pretty flat in my opinion. That red suit dominated the stage and Kanye’s new song just didn’t do it for me.
Singing his new song “Runaway” at the awards show, Kanye didn’t reference the infamous incident by name but he seemed to be referring to his bad behavior.
“Let’s hear it for the douchebags,” he rapped. “Let’s hear it for the scum bags. Every one of them I know.”
Is he really talking about himself? Perhaps Kanye learned his lesson?
Although you couldn’t hear it on television, apparently the audience began booing soon after West’s performance began. But by the end of the performance, fans were cheering “Kanye! Kanye!”
Even though I wasn’t crazy about Taylor Swift’s song or Kanye’s performance, I think Taylor, whos is 13 years younger than Kanye, came out the wisest.

Reg commented on Sep 13 10 at 12:41 pmTaylor Swift should write a song thanking Kanye West for her newfound publicity. Show of hands (who wasn’t 13-15 yrs. old or listened to country music) who had heard of Taylor Swift before the ‘incident’? Enough of the victim thing already.
