DGG 024223 187x300 Oksana Grigorieva Meets With Top Family AttorneyAccording to TMZ, Oksana Grigorieva was recently seen leaving the offices of one of the most prominent family law attorneys in Los Angeles. She met with them for over two hours to discuss her current custody battle with Mel Gibson.

Oksana met with Sorrell Trope, considered to be one of the toughest divorce attorneys in the business. Past clients who have been represented by Trope are Britney Spears, Brooke Mueller, Victoria Hopper, and the late Anna Nicole Smith.

Since signing a settlement agreement with Mel back in May, Oksana has been unable to disavow the papers and squeeze more money out of the A-list actor.

Oksana is currently getting $5,000/month in child support for baby Lucia. Her current lawyers have asked the judge to up that amount to $40,000/month or more. No ruling has been set forth.

Do you think Oksana should receive more money in child support considering how wealthy Mel really is?
