IOS 011558 227x300 Tom Brady is a Good Sport, Heads to Practice After Car AccidentNot even a car accident can keep New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady away from the playing field.

Brady headed to practice this afternoon for practice following a two-car accident in Boston this morning.

Dressed in full gear including shoulder pads and helmet, Brady continued to get ready for the start of the new season this weekend.

The fact that he was up and ready for practice says a lot of him as a player.  Brady was uninjured, but visibly shaken this morning when his car collided with a van in the Boston area.  The other driver was unconscious after the accident and had to be removed with the Jaws of Life.

“I want to thank the safety personnel for their service, and express our concern and support for the well-being of the occupants of the other vehicle,” Brady said earlier today in a statement.

I’ll be using Brady as an example for my own boys when they start to whine and complain about suiting up for their evening practices from now on.
